Meeting Schedule & Public Participation

📅 Regular Meeting Times

When: 2nd & 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 PM (Unless noted otherwise).

Where: Middle School Cafeteria (10 Prestige Parkway, Scotia, NY 12302).

Special meetings, work sessions, or budget workshops are announced in advance on the district calendar.

💬 Speaking at a Meeting

The Board welcomes public input during designated public comment periods at regular meetings.

  • Sign in with the District Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
  • Comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker.
  • Personnel or specific student matters cannot be discussed in open session.
